As a part of staffing, we also do contract to make our business visible and expand our relationship with the clients. We provide a contracting agreement between employer and employee with all of the clients that function. A contract employee is hired for a specific job at a specific rate of pay for a period of time.
A contract job is strictly on a temporary basis, the job will continue for only a certain period of time. Most recent graduates choose a contract job because it is a good starting point in anyone’s career. Contract jobs lead to permanent placement with the end client, depending on the employees’ work ethic and demand for the job. Contract jobs do not pay for benefits because employees working on contract basis are compensated substantially for not having a benefits package. Some employers choose to elect into a third party benefits package however it is not at a discounted rate that which the end client provides.
Since contracting jobs are only for a brief period of time, most people elect to follow the direct hire strategy. In a contractual role, the client will only provide work but the employer is ensuring that they follow all immigration guidelines so the employee will be able to work legally in the country. The employer has to provide proof of work authorization to the end client before confirming placement of the employee on the job.
